I can’t believe it’s been almost 8 weeks since I measured myself, but I’m glad I remembered to do it this morning. It’s been such a struggle lately to keep on losing the pounds (I basically stayed right about 155# the whole month of April), but it’s nice to see that my clothes really are fitting better, slowly but surely!
I’ve been trying to work out SOLID at least 5 days per week, and I’ve been trying to at least move my body all 7 days.

Tomorrow morning I fly out at 6am to begin my 12 day trip to Norway. I’m bringing my workout stuff (no small feat b/c I’ll only have a carry-on bag) but I’m determined to keep this up, even while on vacation.

My next check-in will be on the 21st!

  1. Way to go! I noticed on your side that you are continuously losing weight….great job. I am stuck. I don't want to work out, don't want to diet….I need to get myslef back on track! This is very encouraging
