Well, my weight stayed the same this past week, but I’m okay with that for now. I did dedicated “workouts” 5 days last week, but we were also moving boxes and climbing up and down stairs EVERY night, so I’ve definitely got my workouts in this week. I also started that push-ups/sit-up/squat program, and though I am super sore from it, I am LOVING it so far! In three workouts (M/W/F), I’ve done 244 push-ups (16-21-15-15-25 today), 574 sit-ups (33-42-30-30-70 today), and 551 squats (30-38-27-27-75 today). I think this will be a great program for both toning and endurance for me!
At any rate, not much else to write. I need to buckle down a little better on my eating/drinking calories. Tonight will be our first night sleeping in the new house, and this weekend we’ll go grocery shopping to fill the new house with delicious, healthy groceries. I can’t wait!
