The Plan

After buying an odd mix of products yesterday (I’m still missing a couple of things that I’ll hopefully pick up tonight), I’ve decided that this is my plan for this upcoming cycle…
No Clomid – Possibly FertilAid throughout (talking to acupuncturist CD4 about it)
BBT temping throughout
Fertility Yoga throughout
Prenatal vitamins throughout
Circle+Bloom Meditation Program throughout
FertiliTea throughout
*Weekly Acupuncture throughout
*Body Brushing throughout to help keep me detoxed
*Vitex Supplement throughout
*Herbs (Women’s PreciousWu Chi Pai Feng Wan until O time)
*Herbs (fennel & cypress essential oils in castor oil to rub on my lower abdomen –
2x/day for 3 days, then 3 days off)
Evening Primrose Oil until O time (1000 mg morning & night with meals)
Pre-Seed around O time
*Herbs (Arouse Vigor from O time through 2ww)
Pomegranate juice from O time through 2ww
I know it kind of looks like a lot all laid out like that, but it’s such a routine for me now that it really doesn’t stress me out, so that’s good. Basically during meal times, I end up popping a couple pills, drinking a shot of juice, or dropping a bit of essential oil on my tongue. Amazing how anything can become routine if you do it long enough…

  10. Jo – Sounds like a good plan to me! I know what you mean, it sounds like a lot, but we are so used to it that fortunately it's routine now!I'm curious about the Circle + Bloom meditation CD's. Have you used them before? Would you recommend them? They seem to be popping up a lot lately…

  11. @hopeisafourletterword – I haven't tried the DVD yet honestly. 🙂 My goal is to get it out of its wrapper and give it a shot though! I won it in a TTC giveaway.@Desiree – I honestly love pom juice. I can't drink a ton of it, but mixed with sprite & vodka it's delicious 😉 When drinking it for TTC, I usually just drink a shot glass worth or two every meal.@Amanda – I love CircleBloom – i sleep much better when I listen to it before bed, and I like the visualizations and focusing.

  12. What an array of products! Good for you for trying out natural supplements. I always have the attitude..well, it can't hurt and if anything, they will make my body healthier in one way or another! I am excited to hear how this month goes for you! And let us know about the yoga dvd once you try it out. 🙂

  13. I think you made a wonderful decision. Your body needs a break from the clomid treatments. I hope it works for you, I will say lots of prayers and keep everything crossed. I have a good feeling about all this!!!

  14. Hi there! I just came across your blog. I'm very interested in this list you posted. How did you hear about Circle Bloom? I recently came across it (actually last night!) and I did the sample session for IUI/IVF cycles. Have you been doing Circle Bloom a lot? What is your experience with it? I would appreciate any input you have!I envy how organized and put together you are! And I pray all your efforts work for you! :)~Bobbi @ http://www.thejohnsonsjourney.com

  15. Glad you are giving the clomid a bit of a rest. I hope you have as much success with the acupuncture as I did! Remember to keep stress levels low. Anything that worries you or stresses you out, try to push it out of your mind.
