Okie dokie… I have the joy of snowboarding with cramps, but I also have the excitement of knowing that it’s CD1 – hopefully the last CD1 I’ll have for the next 40 weeks!
My last cycle was incredibly weird… no definitive temp change at a time that makes any sense. No definitively positive OPK (though maybe I didn’t start testing early enough? Around CD25 there was one that was almost darker, so maybe I missed the surge by temping at the wrong time of day?). Basically, I have no idea when/if I ovulated, how long the LP was, or anything. 33 days is pretty typical for me though… so I don’t know. Weird.
At any rate, I’m going to call CCRM this morning to double check everything, but I think I’m going to my OB tomorrow to do my ultrasound/cyst check. Assuming all systems are a go, I’ll start Clomid on Saturday and the Menopur next Wednesday. Craziness!!!
Charlie flies out on Wednesday for another 16 days, so we’ll definitely be freezing a “sample” on Tuesday at CC.RM, because chances are pretty good he’ll be gone on O day (he’ll be gone CD9-CD23, and we’re hoping with the meds I’ll actually ovulate earlier than normal for me – exactly during that time).
Can’t believe this is actually happening!!!

*As a quick side note, Natalie had her baby boy yesterday morning!! She said a post is coming soon. 🙂 Congrats Nat!!!! I can’t wait to meet him next week when I’m up in Denver. 🙂

Oh thank you for posting this! I had no idea where in your cycle you were or if you had started actually taking the meds yet. So every single morning, I frantically check to see you if you got your BFP yet haha. Now I know I can chill out for a couple weeks :)How bizarre is it that I'm thanking you for posting about your period online? 🙂
Woot woot!! 🙂 Clomid had me ovulate on cd 14 ( i did take a trigger shot) but that's the earliest I've ever O'ed. 🙂
