Desperate

I cleaned out our loft (future baby area) all morning to try to distract myself from the intense need to vomit. I finally gave up and walked to the grocery store – this is the only ginger item I could find. Please let it help!

  1. You can buy ginger candies, but not sure if they have them near you. I could certainly send you some if you let me know your address. They are super easy to find around here and might help : )

  2. i hate that you are feeling yucky ๐Ÿ™ I hope it passes soon!

  3. Sorry you are feeling so sick ๐Ÿ™ I'd rather walk through fire than throw up. haha. I hate it. Every time you get sick, just think to yourself " My baby is growing." ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. amen sister. hang in there…

  5. i'm so sorry for the nausea. It sucks. :-(Hope you find some relief soon

  6. If it gets to the point where you can't hold anything down, talk to your OB. There are a couple of different meds you can take that are safe for pregnancy. I'm sorry you're feeling so awful!

  7. Congrats! So sorry you're feeling sick:( Love reading your posts…I nominated you for an award, you can pick it up on my page ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. I don't know if what I am about to tell you will help, but I hope it does. When I had bad nausea at the beginning of my pregnancy I had sprite and it helped and still helps. (I cannot put anything ginger in my body, it makes me vomit.) I hope you start to feel better.

  9. Poor you…i've heard good things about ginger. Candied ginger is good too!

  10. :[ I've kept sugarless peppermint gum close by, it helps. Hope it eases soon!

  11. that's no fun, but YAY for pregnancy symptoms! can't wait to see what you do with the loft!

  12. Ugh, girl I feel your pain. I wish I could tell you the one thing that would make it go away, but it's different for everyone, and even varies day to day (at least it did with me). I hope you find what works for you soon!

  13. Hope you're feeling better. Happy decorating!!!

  14. So sorry you're feeling so crappy. I know it must be miserable. ๐Ÿ™

  15. Blah…I hate ginger, but not as much as I hate throwing up. I drink ginger tea when the need to sooth the stomach arises. Hope this stage passes quickly for you.

  16. hey it's Iveta from Little Diiorios. I have a different blog for my FET to keep it private from friends and family. Please follow me there! Keep your cookies down my dear..you need your strength. hey! make it ginger cookies.

  17. Have a happy time redecorating the loft into a nursery. And hey, I hope the nausea bit eases up soon. Also, there is something on my blog waiting for you…

  18. I hope you feel better. Ginger never worked for me, but Phinagrin (sp?) did. Good luck!!

  19. My heart goes out to you because I have been dealing with morning sickness since the day I hit 6 weeks, and it's awful. The only thing that remotely helps me is Zofran. If you are miserable, please get thee to an OB for a prescription. And I would have to say, for me Zofran only took the edge off. I'm still taking it at almost 19 weeks b/c I'm still nauseous, although thankfully I've gone over a week without throwing up. I feel for you–hang in there!

  20. It will get better sweetie, I promise. I remember how miserable I was, but you will get through it. I remember sucking on hard candy sometimes helped. But mostly I just had to deal with it all day everyday….Just remember it ends and you get a beautiful snuggly baby out of it.
