Before I forget to post these, you’ll be happy to know that my crazy blog mind thought about my weekly pregnancy photo series on Thursday while Stella was just a few hours old. Sadly, I accidentally cropped out my head when I was editing the left hand photo while I was holding Stella. Oops. You get the idea though. 😉
Since this blog actually started as a weight-loss blog, I thought it’d be interesting to see the backwards progression of the belly as well. These photo were taken approximately 18 hours post-delivery. I probably gained 25# by the time she decided to join us (up to 186-187#), and I weighed about 173# at 48 hours post delivery (so down about half). I’m curious both to see how long it will take me to get to my BFP weight (161#) and to my goal weight (147#).
To clarify, I am NOT starting a workout plan or diet or anything at this point. Thanks to my stitches, I will definitely just be taking it easy and focusing on good nutrition and lots of hydration at this point so that I can provide the best possible food for my little RockStar. She is my #1 priority right now! I’ll let you know when the workouts with my awesome BOB stroller and cute as hell baby begin. 🙂
