I’m going to be posting updates on my 100 day challenge on this page.
My goal is to do some form of exercise every day for 100 days. Some days it might only be a 10 minute walk with Stella, some days it might be a run or a hike or a yoga class, but no matter what, every day I want to get back in the habit of moving my body.
Your goal can be anything – it doesn’t have to be exercise or food related. For example, Fiona is going to quit using her computer / smart phone while her daughter awake (holy shit, hard). What are you going to do?
