Stella Times…29 Weeks

My Darling Bells,
Blowing bubbles, like always. You work VERY hard at this. LOL
You are 29 weeks old and cute as ever! This week you started tilting your head further and further to the side until the person you are looking at acknowledges you, and it cracks us up every time. You’ll end up on your side from tilting so far sometimes. 🙂

You have also started reaching for me, which pretty much melts my heart every time. Your Auntie J said that you cried for an hour when I left the other day after lunch. I think you’re starting to have a little separation anxiety, which is adorable and frustrating all at the same time. I love that you love me and miss me, but I don’t love that you get yourself so worked up baby girl!

We have been spending as much time as possible outside this summer on my days off – it’s good exercise for me and good fresh air for you! Below are a couple of pictures from your first time in the park on the swing, cheering on Daddy at the ballpark, taking a nap in our bed, riding along while Daddy tried out the backpacking carrier, and chilling with your buddy Liam. Life is good!

I love you Stella!

  1. Aww how sweet that she has started reaching for you! I keep holding my arms out trying to get Alidia to reach for me… but no luck hehe… not yet anyway! I can definitely understand how the separation anxiety can be both flattering and frustrating at the same time! Poor kiddo! 🙁 Love all of the adorable photos. So great that you are getting out and enjoying the summer together! 🙂

  2. She looks darned cute in a baseball hat!

  3. Amazing! Can't wait! We're right behind you enjoying every single second ! Are you safe from all the fires?!HS

  4. I honestly don't think she could ever do anything wrong! Too cute!

  5. Yep – so far we are in the one area of the state without fires, thank God. It's awful the devastation going on around us. 🙁

  6. Such a cutie!!!

  7. Such a sweet girl, looks like she loves outdoors! Some separation anxiety here too… sweet but sad at the same time!
