On Saturday night I went out with one of my girlfriends to celebrate her birthday and didn’t get in until after midnight, so I was just a wee bit tired on Sunday morning. Charlie went out golfing with a friend that morning, so my tired ass was on parental duty, and I was praying for a repeat of the 2.75 hr morning nap that she took on Saturday. Stella decided to only nap for 30 minutes that morning (ouch), so I grabbed her out of her crib and brought her into my room to play on the floor while I chilled in bed. Yes, I know, mother of the year here. After awhile she wanted to come up on the bed with me, and she kept crawling over to me and doing this:
Who can resist cuddles like that?! So worth the missed nap time. xoxo
