Is there such a thing as too much fun?
I’ve been coasting along in the low 160s for awhile now with my pants getting too tight again (ugh) so yesterday on a whim, I started the 30 Day Shred. I used to kick this video’s ass… but yesterday and today, not so much. I can barely WALK y’all. It’s bad. But good? So ya, I’m feeling good about that. I needed a measurable, attainable, kick-me-in-the-butt kind of goal (I’ve been totally slacking on my 100 Day Challenge lately *sigh*), and a 22 minute video that I can do in the mornings before Stella wakes up or during my lunch break seemed like the ticket. I like the video because it’s (1) fast, (2) effective, (3) combines strength training/cardio/abs. I’m still walking with Stella on my days off, but I needed something that would do some seriously toning and cardio burn as well. Here’s for noticeable goals by Christmas!
