The Monday Snapshot – Improvising Edition

We don’t have an actual office space in our house, so our little desk and “office” area is actually just along one wall of our guest room. The room is currently filled to the brim with sorted little girl clothes to give away (my BFF here finds out the sex of her baby in 3 days!!), and it’s just very chaotic in there.

However, last weekend my husband needed to work on a bid for a job (he’s a concrete contractor), and the big dining room table just wasn’t cutting it because of the noise and commotion that goes along with having a very verbal 21 month old in the house. Eventually he disappeared into the guest room, and this is what I found when I went looking for him…

Discarded baby gate or make shift desk? You decide.

  5. Good man for being resourceful!

hey, are you sure you want to pass along your girl stuff just yet? I’ve read you mention a few times that you wouldn’t mind,a third baby. Just saying!!!

    1. HA. HAHAHA. Hells no. If we had a 3rd, we’d adopt, but that is a VERY slim chance of finding the motivation or money to do that. We are pretty set with 2. I am NOT doing the pregnancy thing again. It’s too damn hard on me.

      1. Ok… Just making sure! 😉

  6. haha, this is awesome.

  7. Haha! Smart man!! I bet he’s a good contractor as he just works with what he has!!

  8. And that right there epitomizes why he’s a good business man! Making things work with what you’ve got! 🙂
