I have two AWESOME pictures I wanted to share this morning, and I just couldn’t choose only one, so you get a double feature today.
First off, I went through some bags of clothes yesterday and found a few of my 0-3 month favs that I had saved from when Stella was little. I am so sad that I didn’t pull these out a month ago, but at least Harvey will hopefully get a couple weeks of wear out of them. *sigh* At any rate, I took a photo of Charlie holding Harvey last night in our very favorite outfit, and CHECK THIS OUT:

I mean, really, does it get cuter than that?! Pretty sure they’re siblings. 🙂
Also, I’m feeling very chipper this morning, because my usual snacks every 1-3 hours all night long kid did THIS last night:
INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE.
Granted I was up every couple of hours checking on him (and pumping after 5 hrs because OH MY GOD the engorgement), but still, totally awesome! Praying it’s not a fluke thing and we’re headed towards some longer stretches of sleep at night, but we shall see. I’d be stoked just to get to 2-3 wake-ups instead of 4-5.
So that’s how my Monday morning is going. Next Monday I’ll be back at work (UGH), so I’m trying to revel in the happiness today. How is your day going?!

LOL. 8h50 since last diaper change, 8h49 since last feeding began, 8h30 since sleeping began! He woke up about 4 minutes after I took this screen shot. Craziness!
I thought those were two pictures of Harvey. OMG!!!
My Mom thought I was holding Harvey & Charlie was holding Stella! LOL.
Wow, it was so hard for me to tell which one was which. Honestly, I couldn’t if you didn’t tell me. 🙂
So nice that he slept so very long! Do you just roll him over to the co-sleeper when you have to get up? Is he sleeping there better now? Does he still use the changing pad in there?
I also noticed that he’s such a quick nurser! That is so amazing. Everleigh used to take at least 20-25 minutes if not longer. You got yourself a good one, that kiddo!
Back to work already? Where does the time go!
He was actually in the swing in our room last night. I’m hoping he’ll sleep like that in our bed or cosleeper too, but we shall see. He definitely likes movement.
Ya, both of my kids were quick nursers – usually 5-7 min per side, or maybe 10 min if only nursing on 1 side.
So not excited about being back at work next week. 🙁
I couldn’t tell which kid was which either without the description! So cute 🙂 Nice work on the big sleep, little man! I’ve always had quick nursers, too. Maybe I force it on them, idk, but it sure is a lifesaver!

We were taking the pic to send to the friend who bought us the outfit actually! Just a happy coincidence that their positioned so similarly in the outfit. 🙂

Wow, those pictures are amazing – seriously identical. Way to go Harvey on the sleeping! What do you think about that app? Is tracking everything helpful or just fun?
I totally love it! The first few weeks it helped keep me aware of how long it had been since he last woke up which in turn reminded me it was time to get him to sleep before he was overtired and wouldn’t go down (super helpful). I also liked the reminder of which side it was time to BF on since I often don’t offer both in one feeding.
I’ll stop tracking next week when I go back to work I suppose, but it has been interested to see his patterns of when he normally poops (8am) and how his awake/sleep cycles are starting to solidify. Worth the $5. 🙂
