The Monday Snapshot – Attempting Normality

I have so much to say about the past 8 days and at the same time, nothing to say. It was a beautiful service on Thursday, and today I have to go to work. I don’t wanna go.

  1. Look at all those flowers! All of the pictures you’ve posted from the last several days shows how much love and support there is for your family in your community. It must be a breath of fresh air during such a horrible time. I know you all will be a strong support system for one another as you find your “new normal”, whatever that may be. Thinking of you guys and sending lots of love!

  2. I have not commented yet because I just don’t have the words. I don’t know what to say and “I’m so sorry for you loss” simply doesn’t seem like enough. However, that is all I have.

I’m so sorry for your loss.

  3. Achingly beautiful picture. Holding your hand through the computer today.

  8. What a beautiful picture. I’m in awe at how many flowers were sent, so special! Thinking of you guys, it’s never easy to lose a loved one….let alone when they’re so young and it’s so unexpected. I think that adds quite a bit to the grief process.

  9. Oh, Josey. This phrase is severely over-used, but I feel very applicable here : There are just no words. This picture says it all… Grief, love, beauty, life, death, and those left behind.

Still thinking of you all and sending love.
