We had another busy summer weekend full of birthday parties and long family walks, softball games and church services, but the one constant was how much fun these two were to be around. Damn I love my kids.

Are those plaid overalls on Harvey? If so, I need more pictures 🙂 I love Stella’s chef outfit. We almost never take our crew out to restaurants; so they’d have no idea what a chef is Hahaha
Confirmed. I just showed it to Gracie asked what kind of costume it was. She said, “You tell me.” I told her a chef and she said, “A chef. Oh. Yeah. Ok. A chef…. What’s a chef?”
They are adorable overalls for sure, and they’re SHORTS so they’re cool for the summer!
Stella’s Nana got her that outfit to go with the kitchen we bought her for her birthday last year. She LOVES pretending to cook us food in her kitchen. “…and what would you like today, Mama?” — um, oatmeal? “sorry, I don’t have any oatmeal. how about grilled cheese with tomatoes?” — well, okay kid, but tell me the 86 list ahead of time next time, okay? 😉
Molly was gardening on the weekend as well! Albeit without a spunky chef’s hat on 😉
Both of them are adorable! G is really into watering plants/grass right now. Or, as he calls it, “growing flowers.”
