Less than 3 months ago I decided to give coaching with Beachbody a try. I was already using one of their programs and loving it (21 Day Fix), and between the incentive of the coaching discounts and the allure of the accountability of having teammates and customers, I decided to go for it.

Let me tell you – I am SO GLAD that I took a deep breath and took that leap!

Today I got an email from Team Beachbody notifying me that I had advanced from Coach status to Emerald Coach status, and HOLY HELL you guys – that is so cool! It’s a testament to how many other people are excited to be on this journey with me, both as customers and as fellow coaches.

I’m absolutely loving everything about this journey.

• It has allowed me to put my food & workout goals back on the front burner again.
• It has brought in extra money to help with our bills.
• It has introduced me to an entire community of men & women who are focusing on leading healthy, fit lives.
• It has filled my Facebook and Instagram feeds with motivating, inspirational, healthy images and words.
• It has reminded me that healthy habits are a choice we can all make for ourselves, and we don’t need to wait until some special life changing event or date comes along to start. We can all start today – this hour, this minute, this second.
