Last weekend was my in-law’s annual BBQ that is always held the weekend right around Jaime’s birthday. Charlie’s brother and his wife and their 3 kids drove in from Minnesota, and Charlie’s cousin (who has always lived in St. Louis but who recently moved to Colorado) made the 6 hour trek down to our house as well. It’s hard to live so far away from our cousins, but it’s so awesomely fun to spend time with them when we do get a chance to get together!
That one on the top right with the mountains in the background is so perfect 🙂 They’ll be able to look back on that decades from now and know exactly where they were.
I know I say this all the time, but you live in such an amazingly beautiful place!
The cousin weekend looks like lots of fun. It’s so wonderful for the kids to have cousins (and “cousins”) around their ages!
