Last Week’s Weight 3/8/2018 – 184.6#
Week 2 Goals:
- Work out an average of 30 minutes / day
- Track my food every day in MFP. You can’t outwork a crappy diet!
- Lose 1.5# per week for this first month.
Week 2 Results:
- Workouts: 7/7 days
- I did two 21 Day Fix workouts, 1 day of snowboarding, 3 workouts on the elliptical and 1 yoga class for 90 minutes.
- Food Tracking: 6/7 days
- Weight: 181.8# (down another 2.8#)
