WWW – Week 2, 14%

Quick post from my phone in the car this week, but I’m so happy to be on this journey and feeling great about it! Onward and downward. 😉

Last Week’s Weight 3/8/2018 – 184.6#

Week 2 Goals:

  • Work out an average of 30 minutes / day
  • Track my food every day in MFP. You can’t outwork a crappy diet!
  • Lose 1.5# per week for this first month.

Week 2 Results:

  • Workouts: 7/7 days
    • I did two 21 Day Fix workouts, 1 day of snowboarding, 3 workouts on the elliptical and 1 yoga class for 90 minutes.
  • Food Tracking: 6/7 days
  • Weight: 181.8# (down another 2.8#)
