- 1 day forgot to track dinner
- 1 day only tracked breakfast
- 1 day didn’t track at all

Non-Scale Victory for the week: It’s feeling more routine to make healthy choices and track my food as I go, and that feels great!
No big changes to report, but I figure that’s a good thing. Like I’ve always said, it took me years to put this weight on, so if it only takes me one year to take it off, I’ll be beyond happy with that!
