Whomp whomp. Yup, it was a half-ass week and I got half-ass results.

Wed: No tracking + 30m AMT
Thurs: 1,670 cal + 30m AMT
Fri: No tracking + snowboarding with Charlie
Sat: No tracking + skiing with the kids
Sun: Only tracked through lunch, no workout
Mon: No tracking, no workout
Tues: 1,306 cal + 30m AMT

I’m happy with my workouts: 3 sessions on the AMT + 2 days on the mountain is great, and I’m fine giving myself a couple of days off. But my food…ugh…that’s always where it falls apart if I don’t track to keep myself mindful. I also got my period yesterday, so I’m hoping that is also contributing to the stagnation a bit, but I really just have to track. My breakfast is in the app, and I’m back at it this week!

Non-Scale Victory: my measurements are going in the right direction! Out of curiosity I took a few this morning, and my bra line under my bust is down 1.5″, my waist is down 1.25″, my hips are down 1″, and my thigh is down 3/4″. I think I’ll try to start taking measurements on the first of the month each month to track that as well, since I know that health is about so much more than the number on the scale!
