100 Day Challenge #1

Because a lot can happen in 100 days…

Starting weight: 156#. Size 12 pants.

My goal is to do some form of exercise every day for 100 days. Some days it might only be a 10 minute walk with Stella, some days it might be a run or a hike or a yoga class, but no matter what, every day I want to get back in the habit of moving my body.

June 01: Run w/stroller: 1 mile; Walk w/stroller .35 miles. 1st run since getting pregnant!
June 02: Elliptical: 30 minutes
June 03: Walk w/stroller: 2 miles
June 04: Walk w/stroller: 1.25 miles
June 05: Walk w/stroller: 2.25 miles
June 06: Walk w/stroller: 1.5 miles
June 07: Elliptical: 45 minutes, Abs
June 08: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
June 09: Elliptical: 30 minutes
June 10: Walk w/stroller: 2 miles
June 11: Elliptical: 30 minutes
June 12: Walk: .5 miles; Walk w/moby: .6 miles
June 13: Walk w/stroller: 2.6 miles

June 16: Hike w/Stella in pack: 2 hours

June 19: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile; Softball batting practice.
June 20: Walk w/stroller: 3 miles
June 21: Walk w/stroller: 1mile
June 22: Softball game: 1 hr
June 23: Walk w/stroller: 3 miles
June 24: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
June 25: Elliptical: 30 minutes
June 26: Walk w/moby: .6 miles
June 27: Walk w/stroller: 1.5 miles
June 28: Walk w/Stella: .5 miles
June 29: Elliptical: 25 minutes
June 30: Walk w/stroller: 2.3 miles
July 01: Walk w/stroller: 1.4 miles
July 02: Walk to post office: .3 mile
July 03: Softball game: 1 hr
July 04: Walk w/stroller: 2 miles
July 05: Elliptical: 30 minutes / Walk w/stroller: 1.25 miles
July 06: Bike ride: 1 mile
July 07: Bike ride: 1 mile
July 08: Walk around the baseball game w/Stella (and a long way from our parking spot as well!)
July 09: Elliptical: 30 minutes
July 10: *sigh* NOTHING. Back at it tomorrow. 1st day I haven’t done something.
July 11:  Walked all over shopping with Stella. Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 12: Walk w/stroller: 1.5 miles
July 13: 1 softball game!
July 14: Walk w/stroller: 2 miles
July 15: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 16: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 17: Ahhhh! Dang. Forgot to walk today. Back on it tomorrow. I’ve missed 2/47 days. Not going to beat myself up.
July 18: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 19: Walk w/stroller: 1.5 miles
July 20: Nothing – went to dinner together alone for the 1st time sinced Stella was born!
July 21: Walk w/stroller: 5.75 miles!! Hurting now, but in a great way. 🙂
July 22: Nothing. Too sunburned to go outside, and forgot to jump on the elliptical.
July 23: Nothing.
July 24: Nothing.
July 25: Walk/stroller: 3 miles. I also carried Stella in my arm half the time. Breakdown central!
July 26: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 27: Walk all over shopping carrying Stella.
July 28: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 29: Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
July 30: Nothing.
July 31: Walked to all of my errands.
Aug 01: Walked all over the airports carrying Stella!
Aug 02: 1.5 mile run and .5 mile power walk
Aug 03: 1 mile walk – knee hurts from running yesterday. 😛
Aug 04: Nothing
Aug 05: Nothing
Aug 06: Walk w/Stroller: 1.5 miles
Aug 07: Walked around downtown carry Stella and beer. 🙂
Aug 08: Walked all over the airports carrying Stella!

Aug 26: Elliptical: 35 minutes, Golf: 18 holes w/cart
Aug 27: Elliptical: 30 minutes
Aug 28: Walk: 15 minutes
Aug 29: Walk w/stroller: 4.25 miles
Aug 30: Nothing
Aug 31: Elliptical: 20 minutes
Sept 01: Elliptical: 45 minutes
Sept 02: Elliptical: 45 minutes, Walk w/stroller: 1 mile
Sept 03: Walk w/stroller: 1.5 miles
Sept 04: Walk: 15 minutes

I was 47/50 for the 1st half of the challenge, and I was 40/50 for the 2nd half, so that gives me an 87% completion rate.
